Bisocor T-5/40 is a combination cardiovascular medicine containing Bisoprolol Fumarate and Telmisartan. It combines two antihypertensive drug classes with complementary mechanisms to support effective blood-pressure management. Bisoprolol is a selective beta-1 adrenergic blocker that helps decrease heart rate and cardiac workload. Telmisartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that reduces angiotensin II-mediated vasoconstriction, helping blood vessels relax and lower blood pressure. Bisocor T-5/40 may be prescribed for hypertension when combination therapy is clinically appropriate. Rosuvastatin Calcium & Fenofibrate F10 & F20 Tablet Rosufree-F is a combination lipid-lowering medicine containing Rosuvastatin Calcium and Fenofibrate. The formulation combines two medicines with complementary mechanisms and may be prescribed for selected patients with mixed dyslipidemia, particularly when both elevated cholesterol and triglyceride levels require management. Rosuvastatin belongs to the statin class and inhibits HMG-CoA reductase, an enzyme involved in hepatic cholesterol synthesis. This action primarily helps reduce LDL cholesterol.
