Encicarb Injection is an intravenous iron preparation containing Ferric Carboxymaltose. It is used for the management of iron deficiency anaemia (IDA) when the body does not have enough available iron to produce healthy red blood cells. Adequate iron is essential for haemoglobin formation and oxygen transport. When iron levels become too low, symptoms such as fatigue, weakness, dizziness and reduced energy may occur. Encicarb provides iron directly through intravenous administration to help replenish iron stores under medical supervision.
